About Our New York Office
594 Broadway, formerly known as the Lyons Structure, is a 70-foot-tall, 12-story office building that was constructed in 1898. The structure, which was originally constructed as a department store by Buchman & Deisler, is located on Broadway between lively West Houston and Prince Streets. These loft-style office spaces include exposed brick walls, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, historic architectural columns, and wide windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide spectacular city views.
594 Broadway is located in the stylish area of Soho, one of Manhattan’s most prominent shopping districts, and is surrounded by a plethora of food options to complement the world-renowned retail offering. The building’s location is ideal for all commuters, as it is only one block south of the 6 station and one block north of the R and W trains.
